Cleveland ISD would like to inform Eastside Elementary families about an incident on campus involving an AC motor that affected four classrooms and produced smoke. The issue is believed to have been related to a power surge. Additionally, the street leading up to campus is currently experiencing a power outage.
Our teams have been actively assessing the situation and working to ensure campus readiness.
At this time, Eastside Elementary will operate on its normal schedule.
Should conditions change, updates will be shared promptly through Apptegy notifications and official Cleveland ISD communication channels.
The safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our highest priority.
